Description

Maud Island is a wildlife management Island with native frogs, giant weta and Takahe. Volunteers can enjoy the advantages of island life, including fishing, snorkelling and working with boats. There is a contribution of $180 payable toward food and accomodation and transport

Accomodation provided: Yes. .“Comalco Lodge” with shower, washing machine, cooking facilities, beds etc.

Transport provided: Yes.

What to bring: Sleeping bag, hat, sun block, wet weather gear, warm clothing, boots, drinking bottle, camera, swimming togs, snorkelling gear and medication if required.
